Wendy M. Doerzbacher, Mortgage Planner, licensed in New York State and New Jersey, started as a mortgage professional shortly following the “2005 refinance boom”, thereby acquiring the education and knowledge to qualify and structure a mortgage which is based on suitability over eligibility and which fits into long and short financial goals.

Wendy continues to build a business based on honesty, integrity and education through a network of trusted business professionals and long term, loyal customers by providing expert mortgage advice and value added services relating to the overall principles of homeownership.

Even though Wendy enjoys working with first time homebuyers and home purchases in need of repair, she has the ability to offer a diversification of loan programs to assist move up buyers, veterans, seniors and real estate investors or for current homeowners looking to either reduce their monthly payments or looking to achieve financial freedom.

Wendy works diligently with each client to guide them on a life long plan by implementing their mortgage into a financial strategy to make a positive impact on their lives based on four stages of achievement: accruing emergency cash; elimination of “bad debt”, accumulating liquid reserves and lastly, freedom of debt.

In 2007, Wendy’s decision to partner with Continental Home Loans, Inc. (CHL) was based on their 25-year history of doing mortgage lending the right way. Their professionalism and expertise has earned them the position as one of the top leading mortgage lenders in the industry and today, continues to increase their business by staying ahead of the curve in a constantly changing environment.

Wendy’s prior business experience involved 22 years in marketing and advertising including the development and management of an annual strategic marketing budget of $2.5 million for a well-known local direct mail company; responsibilities included developing, managing and tracking results from monthly mailings, print ad campaigns, website, quarterly tradeshows, event planning and database management.
